Anna DohertyAnna Doherty is a Licensed Professional Counselor.  Anna received her BS from Northeastern University and LCPC in 2005.  She is an LCPC with 25 years of experience.  She brings a very diverse background in education.  She was a special education teacher, vocational counselor, high school counselor for DCFS students and a generalist high school counselor with a specialty in gifted students.

Anna brings a compassionate caring relationship to her clients.  Her success only comes from her client’s success; that way she can uncover their true potential and create positive outcomes.  Through her expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, she can alter lifelong standing negative behavior and perceptions that may prevent the experience of a more meaningful life.
