Diana M. CarterDiana M. Carter, LCPC, is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor.

She received her BS from Bradley University and her MS in Clinical/Community Mental Health from Western Illinois University.

Diana has experience working with children (age 5 years and older), adolescents, adults, and families in individual and group therapy settings. Her clinical interests include depression, anxiety, difficulty adjusting to life changes, teen challenges, and women’s issues.

Diana utilizes a collaborative approach with her clients to explore areas of difficulty and believes it is a privilege to be part of the healing process. She believes that through telling one’s story, the therapist and client can identify negative thought patterns and behaviors that are holding one back from their goals and learn new ways of reacting to challenges to promote personal growth.

Diana sees clients at Crossroad’s Morris office on Tuesday evenings, Wednesday and Thursday early afternoon.

Diana joined Crossroads Counseling Services in November 2013.
