Full job description:

The qualified Psy.D/Ph.D, LCSW or LCPC candidate develops and implements therapeutic treatment plans, sets goals and objectives for therapy services, displays competent communication skills and possesses experience in report writing. Teamwork is highly valued; therefore, the ability to interact on a professional level with medical, administrative, support staff and referral sources is key.

Psy.D/Ph.D, must have a Doctorate level degree and licensure in the State of Illinois.

LCPC and LCSW must have a Masters level degree, licensure in the State of Illinois, and a minimum of three (3) years post-degree work experience.

Full or Part-time applicants with ability to work evening and/or weekend hours.
