Mary specializes in treating adults with anxiety, panic attacks and trauma. Her clients have reported tangible results. She has worked extensively with depression, bipolar disorder, grief, stress, divorce, codependency, OCD, and trauma/abuse and BPD. Mary works with symptoms of Borderline Personality Disorder including self-injury applying Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Mary is trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy which addresses self-injury, low self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, and ineffective interpersonal skills.
Mary utilizes EMDR for trauma treatment. Mary completed training from the EMDR Institute, Inc., which included 40 hours of training and supervised practice, and 10 hours of consultation. Mary has been treating trauma with EMDR via telehealth with effectiveness and positive outcomes.
