Penny Everhart is a LSW, Licensed Social Worker.
Penny received her BSW and MSW from Aurora University, with a Professional Education License (PEL) for School Social Work. She currently works as a high school social worker in tandem with private practice.
Penny has 6 years of experience working with adolescents and children in a therapeutic setting. Her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, difficulty adjusting to life changes, child and adolescent changes, and couple and family counseling.
Penny uses a collaborative and strengths-based approach to create a safe space to support clients in creating a plan of treatment that feels attainable and supported. She believes it is a true privilege to be a part of the journey to healing and overall mental health.
Penny currently sees clients out of the Plainfield office.
Penny joined Crossroads Counseling Services in 2021.
