Stacy Aubry, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
Stacy earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Aurora University in 2005. She has experience treating children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of mental health issues.
She believes in the power of collaborative relationships and works with clients to discover their own unique abilities. She strives to empower clients to use their own strengths, using CBT, and EMDR. She tailors her treatment based on their goals and needs.
Stacy is passionate about helping women and couples who are struggling with infertility and other issues related to the reproductive cycle. She has 50 hours of training in infertility counseling. Stacy knows the impact that infertility can have on individuals and strives to help them cope.
Another specialty of Stacy’s is working with kids and adolescents and helping them find their authentic voice. She provides parents with tools to help them gain confidence in their parenting skills to help them create the family life they desire. Other areas of her clinical interest and experience include helping people with issues related to ADHD, self-esteem, depression, and anxiety, as well as physical, sexual, and emotional abuse.
Stacy has specific training in CBT and EMDR, and TF-CBT. Striving to empower clients to find and use their own strengths, she tailors their treatment to meet her clients’ goals and needs. She has 40 hours of training in domestic violence and sexual assault issues. She has also run a parenting ADHD and ODD group and a DBT group for teenagers.
Stacy joined Crossroads Counseling Services in November 2010.
